Bret Chittenden
Regional Director of Operations

Bret Chittenden joined Expotel in 1997 as Assistant General Manager at the Best Western Inn Airport.  He was promoted in March 2000 to the General Manager of Hampton Inn Metairie.  Over the next several years, he acted as General Manager for several other full service hotels in the New Orleans Market.  He was then promoted to area Operation Manager of the New Orleans market in 2007 in which he was responsible for overseeing five properties.

As of January 2011, he began serving as the Regional Director of Operations for New Orleans.  Bret is responsible for managing and overseeing operations of the Gulf Coast Region for Expotel Hospitality Services.  As well as implementing internal capital planning, financial performance and quality assurance compliance of Expotel hotels in the region.

Bret is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.  He serves on the Board of Directors of The Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association.  A native of New Orleans, Bret is married and the father of three children.

John J. Koss
Regional Director of Operations

John Koss, Regional Director of Operations, joined Expotel Hospitality in May of 2005 and is a seasoned hotelier with 20+ years in the Hospitality industry. John’s key responsibilities include providing regional support to hotels. John also provides hotel acquisition support and oversees transition teams during takeovers. In addition, John is involved in the development of new management and ownership opportunities, conversion of new properties as well as disposition and asset management functions.

Prior to joining Expotel Hospitality, John worked with Davidson Hotel Company for 14 years in several positions throughout the country to include General Manager and Task Force/Transition Team support. During his career John has also worked with Sunstone Hotels and Sage Hospitality. John has experience with a multitude of Hotel brands to include: Hilton, Embassy Suites, Doubletree, Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Marriott, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express as well as boutique non-branded properties. John is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and holds degree’s in Hospitality Management and Culinary Art’s.
 

Jack Paul
Regional Director of Operations

In 2003, Jack joined Expotel Hospitality Services to manage the Doubletree Denver Westminster Hotel and became known as the "Director of First Impressions".   Within a short time Jack ramped up the Doubletree to one of the top 10 in the country.  Within Jack's leadership of the hotel, the team and associates won numerous awards within the Hilton system and consistently lead the brand Overall Guest Satisfaction.

Prior to joining Expotel Jack was Food and Beverage Director with Flagstone Hospitality and RFS Hotel Investors and later promoted to General Manager.  Jack received numerous acclaim based on his achievements and was also instrumental in leading the effort of taking underperforming assets and turning those hotels into dominant market performing hotels for the Flagstone Hospitality Group.

In 2011 Jack was promoted to Regional Director of Operations for Expotel  and oversees multi assets within the portfolio.  Jack's degree of consistency and overall experience has helped  Expotel to an outstanding service culture that is second to none. 

Jack resides in Denver with his wife and three sons.
 

Ron Pitisci
Regional Controller

Ron Pitisci began working in accounting and became General Manager of a Time-share property in the French Quarter.  Ron has spent twenty-five years in executive management (eighteen of which are in hospitality) in areas of accounting, IT, sales and operations.  His last twelve years, he has extensive experience in the field of accounting with companies ranging from independent and branded luxury hotels, restaurants, including senior level accounting roles within public held companies of NYSE.

Ron graduated from Southeastern University with a B.A. degree in  Business Management and is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.  He is married with two children and resides in New Orleans.
 

Billy Finnorn
Corporate Director of Revenue Management

Billy brings over 13 years of hotel revenue management experience to Expotel Hospitality. Serving as Corporate Director of Revenue Management, he provides the necessary support to our property Revenue Managers, General Managers, Directors of Sales and other key players of our property leadership teams to ensure revenue maximization and optimum selling strategies.

Prior to joining Expotel Hospitality, Billy held various hotel revenue management positions including Revenue Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center, Reservations Manager at both the Fairmont New Orleans and the historic Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, and most recently with Caesars Entertainment Corporation overseeing revenue management responsibilities for Harrah’s New Orleans Casino & Hotel. Billy has experience with properties ranging from 100-700 rooms in New Orleans, New York and Boston.

Billy currently resides in the city where he was born and raised, New Orleans, and enjoys traveling, biking, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends. He is a firm believer that “everything happens for a reason” and “don’t sweat the small stuff.”
