David's variety of experience in the hospitality industry provides for a well rounded background to perform as Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Expotel Hospitality Services. With 17 years in the industry he also worked his way through college as a Travel Agent. Along with Revenue Management, he gained knowledge in hotel Operations, Casino Gaming, Food and Beverage, and Sales and Marketing. David comes to Expotel Hospitality from serving as Revenue Manager for Hilton Hotel Corporation where he supported all of Hilton's Owned and Managed Focused Service Division Hotels. David's Revenue Management background includes serving as Corporate Director of Revenue Management for LBA Properties where he worked primarily with Marriott branded hotels and GF Management as Regional Director of Revenue Management for all their Starwood branded hotels. David began his career in the hotel business working in operations when he started as a desk clerk. Working his way through all the departments he went on to became a General Manager. After serving in several positions as General Manager across various brands and having acquired knowledge in both limited and full service properties he expanded his experience to include casino gaming. While having a strong hotel operational background is necessary the additional experience in the travel industry has proven invaluable. Along with working with the various airline's automated systems David was able to witness the beginning of Yield / Revenue Management as deregulation of the airline industry unfolded.
