Corporate Director of Human Resources


Angela Williams joined Expotel Hospitality Services in April of 2007 as Corporate Director, Human Resources. Prior to joining Expotel, she worked for The Fairmont Hotel New Orleans for 17 years. During this time she worked her way up through the ranks starting as Benefits Coordinator, Employment Manager, Staff Relations Manager, and her most recent position as Director of Human Resources for the past 12 years. Angela is a native of New Orleans where she earned a B. S. degree in Business Communications from the University of New Orleans. She earned her PHR certification in December 1998 and her SPHR certification in December 1999. Before entering the hotel industry, Angela worked in the corporate office of a restaurant chain in the Training and Human Resources Departments. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son as well as collecting Waterford and Swarkowski Crystal.

As a Human Resources Professional, Angela prides herself in impacting the lives of all associates. She strives to ensure that each associate is set up for success through active involvement, training and development. She believes if we select the right people, provide them with sound training, the end result will be satisfied, happy guests. However, the process starts with happy associates who enjoy providing quality guest service.
